perhaps this was my fault, hence the three stars. the nozzle was partly askew from the factory, so i tried to screw it back on. big mistake. it pushes on, not screws on. in twisting it i pulled the tube out of the nozzle apparatus.
in reassembling it i noticed that the part that connects the air blowing tube to the nozzle is not made at all well. it is of very thin tubing material, and was torn already, NOT from my turning either, this is the other tube.
perhaps i got a machine that should have been refurbished or something? so if you get this, remember not to twist on the nozzle assemblage!
