Ordering from Sun Power Source: Store is easy. You can do so several ways. You can order online, call our toll-free number 1-800-921-4020, or send a fax of your order to 805-644-2815.

Are sales taxes added to orders? [top]
If you are shipping/delivering into the state of California, there will be a 7.25% sales tax charged on all items.

I'm getting an error when I place an order. What do I do? [top]
There may be numerous reasons for the error. Common errors include credit card processing errors. Please be sure that you have entered the correct credit card number and expiration date. If this does not clear things up, please call us at 1-800-921-4020with the error message you are receiving so we can process your order and so that we may better serve you in the future.

Sun Power Source: Store accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and ATM Cards with the Visa or Mastercard logo. In addition to these payment options, we also accept PayPal via our Shopping Cart

Completely! In fact, it's statistically safer to use your credit card over the Internet than in a restaurant or department store. Sun Power Source: Store's servers use current Internet security technology to encrypt order information through the use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption (https). You can check the verification status of our site using Geotrust's Trustwatch.

When is my credit card charged? [top]
Your credit card is charged once the order has been processed for shipping. At this point, it is too late to cancel or change your order.

How can I obtain a copy of my invoice?

A receipt is shown at the end of the checkout procedure. Please print this receipt for your records. If you need a copy of an invoice, call us at 1-800-921-4020. Please have your order number ready and mention that your order was placed at Sun Power Source: Store. You can locate your order number on your e-mail confirmation or packing slip.

How long does it take to ship/deliver my order?

We make every attempt to process and ship orders within a 24 hour period. But, at times, it may take up to 48 hours. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, and shipped the next business day in the case of Holidays.

If an item is backordered, shipping time frames may need adjustment, as we hold the shipment until it can be completed. Please call us if your order is urgent and we will immediately ship the items that we have available.

Please note, delivery time frames are set by their respective shipping companies (UPS, US Postal Service). Sun Power Source is not the guarantor of these time frames.

How can I track my order? [top]
On the day your order is shipped, you should receive an e-mail from UPS or USPS with the tracking number. If you have not received this after 2-3 days, please feel free to send an e-mail to info@sunpowersource.com or call 1-800-921-4020.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend upon the method and the weight of the products you choose. You can find the shipping rates by selecting the item of your choice and clicking the "Buy It" button. The shipping rates will be presented in the shopping cart. Hit your browsers back button to continue shopping. No order will be placed until you click on "Finalize Order."

Please be sure to give us your correct shipping address. If we do not have the correct shipping address, you may be charged a fee to correct the address.

What is your return policy? [top]
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Sun Power Source: Store within 15 days of delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to see a refund within 4 weeks of receipt of the returned item; however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can not accept returns of any opened / used items including, but not limited to, lotions, dental care, footwear, apparel, perishable items, or other items that may be hazardous to the health of employees or our customers.

A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to returned orders that were not the result of our error.
