If an item is backordered, shipping time frames may need adjustment, as we hold the shipment until it can be completed. Please call us if your order is urgent and we will immediately ship the items that we have available.
Please note, delivery time frames are set by their respective shipping companies (UPS, US Postal Service). Sun Power Source is not the guarantor of these time frames.
How can I track my order? [top]
On the day your order is shipped, you should receive an e-mail from UPS or USPS with the tracking number. If you have not received this after 2-3 days, please feel free to send an e-mail to info@sunpowersource.com or call 1-800-921-4020.
How much does shipping cost? [top]
Shipping costs depend upon the method and the weight of the products you choose. You can find the shipping rates by selecting the item of your choice and clicking the "Buy It" button. The shipping rates will be presented in the shopping cart. Hit your browsers back button to continue shopping. No order will be placed until you click on "Finalize Order."
Please be sure to give us your correct shipping address. If we do not have the correct shipping address, you may be charged a fee to correct the address.
What is your return policy? [top]
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Sun Power Source: Store within 15 days of delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to see a refund within 4 weeks of receipt of the returned item; however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can not accept returns of any opened / used items including, but not limited to, lotions, dental care, footwear, apparel, perishable items, or other items that may be hazardous to the health of employees or our customers.
A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to returned orders that were not the result of our error.
