This "accelerator" lotion is amazing stuff. I can't use very many moisturizers, as I break out very easily. For some reason, this product is not greasy and immediately soaks into your skin. It also gives your skin a five-minute `rush' of tingly that is just shy of being uncomfortable. It is just the right amount of sensation, like a very brisk after-shave. It does keep your tan longer as it prevents your skin from flaking. Best to use it before going in the sun. However, it is NOT a sunscreen, nor does it color your skin.

I don't tan as often as a lot of other tanning bed users and don't like to spend an arm and a leg on lotions. I don't care for very tingly ones or some fragrances. This stuff smells like an orange dreamsicle and it's pretty strong- if you don't like that scent, this one definitely isn't for you.

I don't burn with this lotion, which tends to happen easily on my sensitive skin. When using small amounts, I did not experience the "greasy" sort of feeling some other users have or with other lotions I've used. Any lotion will cause that if you put on a lot. I just prefer to do my tanning at the end of the day so I can shower shortly afterwards too.

I also find a lot of the other lotions too be a little to gimmicky and not exactly for an adult consumer and cost waaayyy too much. After having sampled several different types over the years (usually in sample packs), I think this one is by far the best bargain and works every bit as well as -40 bottles. I also have burned with several others that cost a lot more. I certainly intend to stick with this one.

Also as a side note, the seller for this, ShopWars was very good to me when I received a damaged bottle. I'm guessing it was beat up at the post office and while it was wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap and placed in a plastic envelope, it was everywhere by the time I received it- a total sloppy mess inside the envelope. I notified them immediately and was contacted the next business day and had a brand new bottle 48 hours later via UPS with no questions asked. I always think highly of a business that knows how to handle a problem and it counts just as much as how they do business when things go exactly as they are supposed to.

The first time I bought this product I was on a cruise ship. After having been sunburned I was looking for some relief and this was the only product available on the ship that I could find. To my surprise, the lotion was very soothing and moisturizing and really prevented the drying out and peeling effects after a sunburn. After I ran out of the product, I searched high and low to find it in stores in my area but couldn't find it. This is the very best body lotion I have ever used! Believe me, I've tried many. I cannot stand greasy body lotions - this one's not greasy and really has long-lasting effects. I only need to use it every few days to keep my skin looking great. I highly recommend this lotion to anyone with dry skin problems. I use it mostly on my legs and feet and not only to extend my suntan but for year-round skin moisturizing. I love, love, love this lotion!

First off i must say how much I love the way it smells (orangy, beachy). I would use it when summer comes around and you're at the beach every weekend. But since i started going to a tanning salon i realized this cream wasn't cutting it, my skin was drying out. So if ur an advanced tanner like me I recommend spending a little more money on a higher quality after-tan moisturizer. But if ur not, you will absolutely love the way this lotion just glides onto your skin, and it doesn't feel greasy at all!

I tan pretty easily as I am of Greek and Italian descent. However, my tan usually fades quickly. I tried this lotion from a packet because I ran out of lotion and didnt want to spend a lot of money on a packet that was going to last just one or two times. I loved it...I got a beautiful brown color after just one session in just a regular tanning bed, no upgrade. Then I had to leave town for five days and not tan. Usually, I would have been faded to about nothing and had wasted that one session. This lotion kept me a beautiful brown color after all that time. I get compliments every day about my color and everyone thinks I have been going daily to the tanning bed. I average once or twice a week in a 20 minute bed and have a beautiful color. So, I bought an full bottle this time and will keep this schedule. I highly recommend the lotion. As usual, keep your skin moisturized with an after bath oil ( I use Pure Romance's Body Dew) and your skin will look amazing!

I love this suntan lotion. It gives you sun protection and gives you a little brown color too. Reaaply after swimming. Be careful around swimsuit edges if it is white. It does wash out later but you don't want brown lotion on your swimsuit while you are looking hot at the beach or pool.

I am fair skinned and have light hair and eyes, this stuff is the best SPF with a bronzer that I have ever used! I can go to Mexico and come back with a tan! An actual tan, no streaking or looking orange.

The only place to find this Sun Gel is on the internet or else you have to buy it on a Caribbean Island or Hawaii where I got hooked on it. This gives you a golden look and helps prevent a burn and peeling. Being from the Valley of the Sun, I love this product and use it everyday. Not to mention the very speedy delivery.

THIS PRODUCT IS WONDERFUL FOR MOISTURIZING AND EXTENDING TAN LIFE. HOWEVER, DUE TO ITS THICKNESS, YOU CAN TELL YOU HAVE IT ON, ESPECIALLY IF YOU PERSPIRE! IT IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO FIND ALSO. I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO ORDER IT. IT ENDED UP COSTING ME TWICE WHAT I PAID FOR IT WHEN I BOUGHT IT AT MYRTLE BEACH LAST YEAR. OVER ALL GREAT PRODUCT!!!

I love the original version of this lotion and wanted to try it with the bronzer. I did not notice that it gave me any color however I have been tanning and am moderately dark already. This is much heavier than the original and takes awhile to sink in. I am not overly fond of the scent when I first put it on, it's a bit heavy (it smells like A.G.'s "Forever After" lotion). It does moisturize well.
